Frequently Asked Question

The QHHT FAQ section is designed to answer common questions about Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT). From what QHHT is and how it works, to what to expect during a session, and how it can benefit individuals, the FAQ provides comprehensive information to help individuals make informed decisions about their QHHT journey. Whether you are new to QHHT or have some experience, the FAQ is a valuable resource for understanding the process and what to expect. By answering common questions, it provides a deeper understanding of QHHT and helps individuals feel confident and prepared for their session.

How do I know it will work for me?

The chances are that if you have been lead to this website, that your Higher Self has been pushing you to get a session and for this reason a session should work out very smoothly. But you have to want it too. Your willingness to be open-minded and desire to heal has an impact of the success of the session. I have encountered a few people with blocks of fear that have prevented a session from reaching its potential. Even in these cases, healing on some level has been attained during pre-session interview. I will work with you to the best of my ability to overcome any blocks you may have.

Hypnosis hasn’t worked before, why would it work now?

You can only be hypnotized if you want to be. You cannot be made to do anything during hypnosis that you do not want to do. It may be that you were not in a comfortable setting with a practitioner that you trusted. It may have not been the right time for you, as everything happens in divine timing. It may have been the skill level of the hypnotist that prevented you from going into a deeper level of trance. You quite likely were in some level of trance, but felt very awake. I do find that clients who are very in touch with their spirituality often are completely aware and conscious throughout the session and can remember most of it upon being counted out.

What does a trance feel like?

When you are in trance you will feel deeply relaxed. Its like that dreamy point right before you go to sleep. You are hypnotized on a daily basis; while watching TV, or when you are driving to a familiar place on autopilot. You still have an awareness, it just is slightly different from your normal state. Some clients in trance feel that their awareness is cloudy and dreamlike and they often do not really remember much of the session (which is why it is recorded). Lots of clients are very aware throughout the session to the point where they do not feel like they are in trance. I assure you, from the moment you close your eyes, you are already in the lightest stages of hypnosis. These clients when counted out of the trance have some or all of their memory during the session. No matter what level of awareness you maintain, you will feel the most relaxed you have ever felt, and the same level of healing will occur. Think of it as a guided meditation.

What Can I Do To Prepare?

Write a list of physical, emotional and psychological symptoms out to explore with your Higher Self. Write down any questions you want to ask. Examples of questions can be found online. Do not take any recreational drugs or caffeine prior to the session as this inhibits the level of trance. If you are traveling to my home, please bring a pillow, a light blanket and some snacks.

Will you make me do something with which I am not comfortable?

Your higher self is always in control. It will never put you in harms way or let you do anything that is detrimental to your soul growth and well-being. Despite being in an extremely relaxed state and altered consciousness, you will still have a certain level of awareness and I can take you out of the trance at any time.
